Prithvin Rajendran

Prithvin Rajendran is an engineer in electronics from SSN College of Engineering, Chennai. He has completed an economics course at the London School of Economics. He is an accomplished writer having published his work of fiction, The Iron Tooth, at the age of 23.

Prithvin is an avid quizzer and has won many national quizzes. Prithvin secured admission into six of the new IIMs in CAT 2013 and in CAT 2015, he successfully managed to get interview calls from 18 out of 19 IIMs. Once again in CAT 2016, he got interview calls from more than 10 IIMs. At the age of 21, he was also able to successfully clear the Probationary Officer Exam conducted by State Bank of India.

Prithvin was with Cognizant Technology Solutions for five years before pursuing his passion for training and mentoring. He is currently takes aptitude classes for CAT, GRE, GMAT, Government Exams.

Raghunath T

Mr. Raghunath is one of the most experienced Quant faculty in the country. He has trained thousands of students for CAT, Bank and other competitive examinations over his career of more than two decades in the coaching industry. He is probably the best Quant faculty in the country. His expertise in topics such as Number Theory, Geometry, Algebra is un-paralleled in the CAT coaching Industry.
He was the Director of Academics at TIME before joining VistaMind as All India CAT Academic Director. Mr.Raghunath is currently a Mentor at Prime Educators.

Sampath Kumar K S – Rtd DGM, Indian Overseas Bank

Sampath Kumar is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has worked in various capacities in Indian Overseas Bank as Inspector, Internal auditor, Faculty, Senior Manager in the branches in Political capital, Credit Analyst, Compliance auditor, Officer at Chief Executive Secretariat reporting to Overseas Regulators at Hongkong, As Coordinator for India based banks overseas. Sampath rose from Senior Manager level to Deputy General Manager level at the Balance Sheet Management Department in a career span of ten years. Sampath Kumar is a visiting faculty to various Banking related colleges.

N. Balasubramanian – Rtd CM, Indian Overseas Bank

Took to Banking career in 1978, from the scratch, served Indian Overseas Bank in various capacities in rural, semi urban and Corporate management and had a very illustrious five years stint as a Faculty in the Bank’s staff college. Served the bank till obtaining superannuation in February 2016. At the training level had the unique opportunity to train the senior officers in the bank to refine their knowledge, novices into the bank as fresher on basic banking, marketing officers and Rural Development officers ( Agriculture specialist) into their respective role function as per expectation of the bank, HR officers and linguistic officers on their specific roles in the bank and above all, super seniors leaving the bank on how to tackle life after retirement.

Sneha Fernandez:

Sneha holds a Masters degree in Sociology and has more than 15 years of experience as a verbal, communication, behavioural and soft skills trainer. Sneha has travelled the length and breadth of the country, delivering programs for both Private and Public sectors.

Sneha has been associated with many IT companies and colleges and there could be very few organizations whose people she has not trained or developed. She is extremely knowledgeable and result driven. She is an excellent communicator with a passion to work with people. She has been extensively involved in conducting new-hire training, pre-hire training, ongoing refresher training, monitoring associates/engineers on calls, in terms of voice & accent, communication, and soft skills.

Sneha’s strength lies in People, so much so she is known for her People friendly approach, and her adaptability and flexibility to varied industries and their peculiar/unique requirements. Sneha has trained more than 6000 corporate employees and students and has more than 12000 hours of active training with colleges and corporates.

Having said that, a word of caution, her interpersonal and communication skills are infectious!

Uma Maheswari K:

Uma Maheswari is an engineer by profession and has more than 15 years of teaching experience. Uma is an active and aggressive teacher who has specialized in tutoring and mentoring plus and plus 2 students. Uma has worked for more than 10 years at Velammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School as a PGT Chemistry specialist.

Popular among her colleagues as a people friendly person, she has the ability to make students feel at ease. Her calm and mature approach helps her handle conundrums with ease. Her strength is her voice, which she is able to use with clarity.

Bharati Iyer:

Bharati brings with her about eleven years of intensive training experience in the IT/ITES/BPO industries. She handles designing, developing, delivering and managing learning interventions for most levels of personnel, from junior officers to senior leaders. She specializes in delivery of Communication and Soft Skills besides several niche topics

Bharati has successfully executed assignments with more than 35 major companies and she has worked with around 15 educational institutions across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. She prepares training course curriculums and materials, conducts the courses and submits assessment reports recommending future training needs for each individual trainee. She has more than 12,000 hours of active training with colleges and corporates. She designs and carries out programs for optimizing the quality of employee interaction and maximizing customer satisfaction. Prior to becoming a trainer, she was in the Hotel Management field.

Moreover she also organizes campus recruitment drives and is also a voice artist, lending her voice for e-learning purposes, documentaries, jingles and commercials.

D. Packyanathan

Packyanathan holds a Bachelors degree in EEE from College of Engineering, Guindy, and a MS in Computer Engineering from Wisconsin State University, USA. He has wide experience in digital interface development for commercial aircrafts and has done a lot of work in the conversion of analog systems to digital interfaces for commercial airplanes, including jets. He has to his credit a few patents that has put him in good stead within the industry. Packyanathan is well read and is a member of many technical forums. He loves teaching and has been teaching students for the last few years and is well versed in taking different subjects and topics for students from school as well as college levels.
